- PRODUCT AVAILABILTY
Only products bearing the registered © Esseria trademark are offered for sale on www.esseria.com. These products are subject to availability. In the event that, for any reason, after having purchased an item, we cannot ship it, we will fully refund the amount paid.
You do not need to be registered on our website to place an order but creating an account can give you access to features otherwise you will not be able to use.
You can view all order details by consulting the order confirmation e-mail we will send you. If you have an account, you can view all information by going to the “Orders” section.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
You will receive from us a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking information from our shipping service provider (UPS), which you will need to monitor the delivery.
We will consider that your order has been received once you sign for the reception of the product. If, for any exceptional reason, the delivery of the item is unsuccessful, we will inform you of a new delivery date or, if you prefer, you can pick up your package at your convenience from a UPS Access Point close to your shipping address.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

- RISK TRANSFER AND OWNERSHIP
The Goods will be at your risk from the time of the delivery.
Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of those Goods, including delivery charges.
- PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT, but do not include shipping expenses, which will be added to the final amount to be paid.
Prices can change at any moment. This will not affect the orders already placed.
Once you add to your cart the item you selected, finish the order process by following the steps you will be indicated to validate your payment so that we can proceed to ship your order.

Payment options offered on our website are VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JBC and DISCOVER credit/debit cards.
Payments are subject to authorization confirmation by bank institutions.
- RETURN POLICY
10.1. Cancellation right
If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days after having received the Goods. You will have to inform us in writing at email@example.com, describing the reason of your cancellation. For that purpose, it is a necessary requirement that you fill in the form included at the end of these Terms.
Goods will not be accepted if they are not returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags left attached and in their original packaging. We ask you not to try the garments with make up on, or when you are wearing fragrance or deodorant to avoid leaving marks or scent.
After we have received the cancellation form duly completed, and once we have received the returned Goods and we have checked them, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, in case these costs have been paid by you.
The refund will only be processed with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the Goods, and within 14 days from the date we have received and accepted the items back.
You will have to contact us to make the necessary arrangements to collect the Goods that will be returned. You will have to pay for the shipping costs unless the cancellation of your order is due to a defective item.
You will be responsible for any inappropriate manipulation during the return process.
10.2 Exchange policy
To exchange an item, if you require a different size or color, you will have to be guided by the terms and procedures described under 10.1. Be sure to comply with those requirements to return any Goods.
In this case, the shipping costs of the returned Goods will be at our expense. You have 14 days from the date you have received the items to complete their return.
We only accept exchanges for a new size or color of a same design and price. We do not accept exchanges for a different article or price.
Remember that no Goods will be accepted or refunded if they are not sent unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags left attached and in the original packaging.

- OUR LIABILITY
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that we will not be under any liability of any kind whatsoever or howsoever arising directly or indirectly in connection with these Terms.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the allocation of risk contained in this contract is reflected in the price agreed, and only to the extent set out in the Exchange & Return Policy and the Return & Refund Policy.
We will not be liable for any claim by the Buyer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with any specification or any other dissatisfaction of the Buyer.
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Aretea Creative Spain, S.L.U. is the owner of the © Esseria trademarks, of all intellectual property rights of www.esseria.com, and of the material published on this site. Those works are protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us.
- VIRUS, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENSES
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. In the exceptional event that we require that you communicate with us via regular mail, we will provide you a mail address.
It will be understood that communications are received correctly 24 hours after the e-mail has been sent, or 3 to 5 days after posting, in case of regular mail.
- CESSION OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Buyer will not be entitled to assign the contract or any part of it without prior written consent. We, on the other hand, may assign the contract or any part of it to any person or Company.
Any assignment or cession will not affect the obligations and rights of the contractual conditions by accepting and agreement to these Terms.
- INVOLUNTARY DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for any shipping/delivery delays for reasons beyond our control. These reasons include any act, event, accident or omission which is beyond our reasonable control.
