EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 Please be aware that, regardless of the reason of return, we can only accept goods that are returned in accordance with the following conditions:

  • You will have to complete our Return Form in all cases that you require to send us back a purchased item. Once we receive your request and have confirmed that you have sent the article in the conditions described below, we will proceed to service the new item and/or a refund, if applicable.
  • The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached and in their original packaging. We ask you that you try the garment when you are not wearing fragrance, deodorant or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.
  • Any return of goods should be done within 14 days from the date of receiving them, and only through our shipping system (via UPS). Once we receive your Return Form completed, we will contact you with details for efficient picking up of goods. You can always contact us for further information using our contact form at our site or e-mailing us at info@esseria.com.
  • Of course, we accept returns of defective items or items that have been shipped by mistake, provided they comply with the return conditions outlined in this document, including the special instructions required for defective articles described below.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@esseria.com with a brief description of the imperfection and attach 3-4 photos showing the entire article and a detailed view of the problem. We will immediately get in touch with you.

EXCHANGES

  • We only accept exchanges for a new size or color of the same design and price. We do not accept exchanges for a different article or price.
  • Please make sure to send any items for exchange in accordance with the Conditions of Return outlined above. We will not be able to accept items that are returned in an unsuitable condition. 

 REFUNDS

  • In those cases when a refund may be applicable, we will process it with proof of purchase onto the original card used to pay for the goods, once you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return. We will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
